hot parmesan artichoke dip

Ingredients

  • 1 cup(14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained, chopped
  • 1 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp chopped green onions(optional)
  • 2 tbsp chopped tomatoes(optional)

Preparation

Step 1

mix all ingredients until well blended. spoon into 9 inch pie plate. bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes until mixture is heated through and lightly browned. sprinkle with onions and tomatoes. serve with snack crackers
