Ingredients
- 4 frozen chicken breasts
- 11 oz jar apricot preserves
- 1 t dried minced onion flakes
- 1 T dijon mustard
- 1 T soy sauce
- 1/4 t ginger
Preparation
Step 1
Put frozen chicken in bottom of crockpot. Mix other ingredients in small bowl and pour over chicken. Cook on low for 6 hours. Shred chicken before serving. Serve over rice.
