Pumpkin Roll

Ingredients

• Beat for 5 min:
• 3 eggs
• 1 C sugar
• Add:
• 3/4 C pumpkin
• 3/4 C flour
• 1 tsp B soda
• 2 tsp cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

Spread on floured cookie sheet and bake. Let cool

Filling:
1 c powdered sugar
6 oz cream cheese
4 T butter
1/2 tsp vanilla

Spread on roll and chill
