- Beat for 5 min:
- 3 eggs
- 1 C sugar
- Add:
- 3/4 C pumpkin
- 3/4 C flour
- 1 tsp B soda
- 2 tsp cinnamon

Preparation
Step 1
Spread on floured cookie sheet and bake. Let cool
Filling:
1 c powdered sugar
6 oz cream cheese
4 T butter
1/2 tsp vanilla
Spread on roll and chill
