lemon cheese pound cake

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg 8oz cream cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 box lemon cake mix
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 cup confectionary sugar
  • 2-3 tbsp lemon juice

Preparation

Step 1

cream the cheese until soft. add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. alternately add cake mix and milk. bake in greased and floured 9 inch tube pan 350-30 minutes. cool in pan, blean confectioners sugar and lemon juice. drizzle over cooled cake
