Ingredients
- 1 st layer; 1 stick oleo, 1 cup flour, 1/2 cup nuts
- 2 nd layer;1 cup powdered sugar, one 8oz softened cream cheese
- 3 rd layer; 2 pkgs instant lemon pudding(reg size), 3 cups milk
- 4 th layer: additional whipping cream
Preparation
Step 1
combine 1 st layer and press into 9 x 13 pan, bake 15 minutes-350. cool, cream and beat powdered sugar, softened cream cheese and whipped topping, spread over cooled crust. Beat instant pudding and milk-when thick, spread over 2nd layer. top by spreading whipped topping, cover and refrigerate until serving time.
