Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 2 (10 oz) pkgs frozen chopped spinach thawed and well drained
- 1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts drained
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg cream cheese
- 1 (8 oz) pkg sour cream
- 1 cup shredded Monterery Jack cheese
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons Tabasco pepper sauce
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Melt butter in saucepan and add onions. Cook until soft. Stir in spinach, artichokes, cream cheese, sour cream, ¾ cup of the Monterey Jack cheese, ¾ cup of the Parmesan cheese, Tabasco sauce and a dash of salt. Stir until well blended and heated through.
Pour mixture into a ½ quart casserole dish and top with remaining cheese. Bake until cheese starts to brown.
