Ingredients
- 4 TBLS Butter
- 4 TBLS Flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper (more for Grandma Kohl and Austin)
- 3 Cups Milk
- 4 Large potatoes peeled and sliced
- 4 TBLS chopped onion
Preparation
Step 1
In Sauce pan over low heat melt butter. Stir in flour, salt, pepper until smooth and bubbly. Gradually stir in milk..wisk so it doesn't get lumpy...bring to a boil and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened.
