Ingredients
- 1 pkg ( 8oz) soft cream cheese
- 1 pkg(10 oz) frozen spinach, chopped and thawed, squeezed
- 4 fillets
- 1 tbsp milk
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- 1/8 tsp pepper
Preparation
Step 1
mix 3/4 cup soft cream cheese and spinach in a small bowl. Mound 1/3 cup of mixture across middle of each fillet. roll up or tuck around filling. Please seam sides down in lightly greased baking dish. add milk, lemon juice and pepper to remaining cream cheese. stir until smooth. spoon evenly over fish.
375 for 20 minutes
