sweet potato pie

Ingredients

• 1 chocolate ready crust
• 1 17oz pkg vacuum packed sweet potatoes-drained well
• 8 oz cream cheese(softened)
• 8 oz container cool whip
• 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

place the cream cheese into a bowl. Add the well-drained can of sweet potatoes and cinnamon. with a hand-mixer, blend until all is smooth.

add half the cool whip into the mixture and blend again until smooth. fill the pie shell and top with the remaining cool whip.

pecan halves, chopped nuts, shaved chocolate can be used as decoration. refrigerate several hours and enjoy.
