Ingredients
- 1 pound cranberries
- 2 oranges
- 1/2 cup canned crushed pineapple
- 2 cups sugar
Preparation
Step 1
grind cranberries(you can use a food processor). squeeze juice from oranges and put the rind in food processor and add to the ground cranberries. add the orange juice. add pineapple and sugar and mix well. chill for several hours. before serving, stir to be sure that the sugar is dissolved.
makes 8-10 servings.
