Crockpot Baked Potato Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 bag (30oz) frozen shredded hash browns
  • 3 cans chicken broth
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/4 t pepper
  • 1 pkg cream cheese (full fat)
  • shredded cheddar, bacon bits & sour cream for garnish

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in crockpot except for cream cheese. Cook on low for 6-8 hours. About 1 hour before serving, add cream cheese and cook until melted. Serve with shredded cheese, bacon bits and sour cream.
