- 1 smashed garlic clove
- 1 Tbs lemon juice
- 1 Tbs red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/3 c. parmesan cheese
- salt
- add 3/4 cup olive oil maybe a Tbs of Mayo
- Lots of Kale cut into 1/4 inch ribbons
