Barbequed Alaskan Salmon

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp Butter
  • 2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1 to 2 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 tsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 4 salmon steaks 1 inch thick

Preparation

Step 1

In a small saucepan combine the first 6 ingredients. Cook and stir until sugar is dissolved. Meanwhile grill salmon covered over medium-hot heat for 5 minutes. Turn Salmon and baste with butter sauce. Grill for 7-9 minutes longer, turning and basting occasionally, until Salmon flakes easily with a fork.
