Ingredients

  • 2# pkg frozen hashbrown potatoes(southern style)-partly thawed
  • 2-10 oz cans cheddar cheese soup
  • 1-13 oz can evaporated milk-undiluted
  • 1 can durkee french fried onions
  • salt. pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients and pour into a greased crockpot. Cover and cook on low 8-9hrs.(high 4 hours)
