Ingredients
- 2/3 c soft butter
- 2 (14.5oz) cans sweet potatoes mashed
- 3/4 c sugar
- 2 large eggs beaten
- 1 t vanilla
- 1 C brown sugar
- 1/2 c all purpose flour
- 1 c chopped pecans
Preparation
Step 1
combine 1/3 c butter,potatoes,white sugar,eggs and vanilla. pour into buttered 11X7 dish. Combine remaining 1/3 c butter,brown sugar, flour and pecans. Sprinkle over bake 350 for 45 minutes.
