Sausage Egg Casserole

Put together the night before. Great for hot breakfast before a big day or as part of a brunch.

Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 slices of bread
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 pound ground sausage
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated

Preparation

Step 1

Brown sausage and drain. Beat eggs, milk, mustard and salt. Rip bread in pieces and add to egg mixture with cheese and sausage. Pour into 13" X 9" pan. Chill over night.
Cook at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
