Mostaccioli with spinach and feta

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. mostaccioli or penne pasta, cooked, drained
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 c chopped tomatoes or 1 14oz. can diced stewed tomatoes
  • 1 10oz package frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained or 10 oz fresh spinach chopped
  • 1/2 c chopped green onion
  • 1 8oz package mild feta cheese, crumbled

Preparation

Step 1

cook pasta according to package, drain.
mix in oil, tomatoes, spinach and onions; cook and stir 2 min. or until thoroughly heated. add cheese; cook 1 min.
