Ingredients
- 8 oz. mostaccioli or penne pasta, cooked, drained
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 c chopped tomatoes or 1 14oz. can diced stewed tomatoes
- 1 10oz package frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained or 10 oz fresh spinach chopped
- 1/2 c chopped green onion
- 1 8oz package mild feta cheese, crumbled
Preparation
Step 1
cook pasta according to package, drain.
mix in oil, tomatoes, spinach and onions; cook and stir 2 min. or until thoroughly heated. add cheese; cook 1 min.
