Spinach Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 tbs Butter
  • 1 Onion
  • 6 cloves Garlic
  • 10 ounces Spinach
  • 6 ounces Artichoke hearts
  • 8 ounces Cream cheese
  • 1/2 pint Sour cream
  • 1 1/2 cups Cheddar shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red pepper flakes

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 350F

Melt butter, add onion, stir until golden - 8 minutes

Add garlic, cook for 1 minute

Stir spinach, artichokes, cream cheese, sourcream, cheddar (1 cup), parm cheese and spices. Stir until melted.

Bake on 2 quarts dish, adding 1/2 cup of cheddar on top for 10 minutes or until cheese melted.
