Ingredients
- 2 cups grated raw potatoes, drained of excess liqiud
- 1 tablespoon chopped onion
- 3 slices bacon, crisp and chopped
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 well beaten eggs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients and beat well.
With spoon drop mixture on hot griddle and spread as thinly as possible. Fry on both sides.
