Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs brussel sprouts, trim ends and remove outer leaves
- olive oil
- salt
- pepper
- 4 slices bacon, chopped
Preparation
Step 1
Toss brussel sprouts in olive oil, sprinkle with kosher salt and pepper. Place on cookie sheet with cut up bacon. Roast at 400 for 30-45 minutes to desired doneness. Should be dark brown.
