Ingredients
- 1 (18.25 oz) package white cake mix
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup water
- 3 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 can (21 oz) strawberry pie filling
Preparation
Step 1
In a large bowl, beat cake mix, oil, water and eggs until smooth. Add a little strawberry pie filling at a time gently to create swirls.
Fill cupcake liners about 2/3 full of batter. Bake 20 - 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool completely before frosting.
