Carmelized Onions

Ingredients

  • 1-2 Small onions or 1 Large onion
  • 2 tbs oil
  • Brown Sugar (to taste)
  • 1 tbs butter

Preparation

Step 1

Slice onion in half then spread out pieces.
Put oil and butter in pan and heat.
Add onion to pan.
Add sugar to onions.
Stir occasionally until onions are soft and a warm brown color.
Serve on rice, burgers, etc.
