LIME PECAN COOKIES

Ingredients

• 4 Sticks Butter
• 1 tsp Baking Powder
• 1/2 c Confectioner Sugar
• 3 tsp Lime Juice
• 1 1/2 c Pecans, chopped
• 4 c Four

Preparation

Step 1

1. Mix all ingredients.
2. Roll in 1” balls, place on cookie sheet, and then flatten with bottom of glass.
3. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.
