Potato Topped Mini Meatloaves

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 pkg (6 oz.) Stove Top Stuffing Mix
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons A-1 Original Steak Sauce
  • 6 oz. (3/4 of 8 oz pkg) Philadelphia Cream Cheese cubed
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 cups hot mashed potatoes
  • 1 jar (12 oz.) beef gravy, warmed

Preparation

Step 1

Heat over to 375 degrees

Mix meat, stuffing mix, water and steak sauce; press into 12 muffin cups sprayed with cooking spray.

Bake 20-25 minutes or until done (160 degrees)

Add cream cheese and garlic to potatoes; stif until cream cheese is melted. Scoop over meatloaves. Serve with gravy.
