Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 pkg (6 oz.) Stove Top Stuffing Mix
- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoons A-1 Original Steak Sauce
- 6 oz. (3/4 of 8 oz pkg) Philadelphia Cream Cheese cubed
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 cups hot mashed potatoes
- 1 jar (12 oz.) beef gravy, warmed
Preparation
Step 1
Heat over to 375 degrees
Mix meat, stuffing mix, water and steak sauce; press into 12 muffin cups sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake 20-25 minutes or until done (160 degrees)
Add cream cheese and garlic to potatoes; stif until cream cheese is melted. Scoop over meatloaves. Serve with gravy.
