pineapple delight

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups graham cracker crust(reserve 1/2 cup for top)
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 1/2 cup sifted confectionary sugar
  • 1/2 cup soft butter
  • 2 unbeaten eggs
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple
  • 1/2 pt heavy cream

Preparation

Step 1

mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter. spread over bottom of well greased pyrex dish. bake 325 for 10 minutes.

confectionary sugar, butter and eggs-mix well with beater and spread over cooled crust.

drain dry large can of crushed pineapple. whip stiff heavy cream. fold pineapple into cream.

spread over rest and sprinkle with crumbs.

refrigerate
