Ingredients
- 1 can (15 oz) pumpkin
- 1 1/2 c fat free milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup Bisquick
- 2 tablespoons reduced calorie margarine
- 1 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 4 egg whites
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Whisk for 2 minutes. Pour mixture into a 9" pie pan that has been sprayed with Pam spray.
Bake at 350 for 50-55 minutes
Serve with a spoonful of fat free cool whip on top
