lemon dream cake

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 sticks oleo
• 1 1/2 cups flour
• 2/3 cups ground nuts
• 1 8oz pkg cream cheese
• 1 cup xxx sugar
• 1 3/4 cup cool whip
• 3 cups cold milk
• 2 pkgs instant pudding-your choice

Preparation

Step 1

1 1/2 sticks oleo
1 1/2 cups flour
2/3 cups ground nuts

mix well-will be crumbly. Cover bottom of 9 x 13 pan. bake 30 min. cool

1st layer
mix well and spread over crust.
1 8oz pkg cream cheese(soft)
1 cup xxx sugar
1 3/4 cup cool whip

2nd layer
mix or beat 3 cups cold milk
2 pkgs instant pudding (your choice)

pour over cheese mixture and chill 1 hr. remove and spread coolwhip.

cool for 2 more hours.
