Ingredients
- 1 pkg lemon cake mix
- 1 pkg instant lemon pudding
- 3/4 cup water
- 3/4 cup oil
- 4 eggs, unbeaten
- 2 cups confectionary sugar
- 1/3 cup fresh orange juice
- 2 tbsp oil
Preparation
Step 1
Put cake and pudding mix into bowl. Stir and add water, oil, and eggs. beat 4 minutes with electric beater. Turn into 9 x 13 pan. (ungreased)
bake at 325 for 40 minutes or more(up tp one hour depending on oven)..test as for regular cake. Punch large holes all over cake.
Pour in mixture of confectionary sugar, oil and juice. Cool. Serve with frosting or plain.
