Ingredients
- 5 medium carrots
- 1 T sugar
- 1 t corn starch
- 1/4 t salt
- 1/4 t ginger
- 1/4 cup OJ
- 2 T margarine
Preparation
Step 1
Peel and cut carrots crosswise on bias in 1" pieces. Cook in microwave till just tender. Meanwhile, combine next 4 ingredients in small sauce pan. Add OJ and cook stiring constantly until mixture thickens and bubbles. Boil 1 minute then stir in margarine. Pour over carrots and coat evenly.
