OVERNIGHT BUNS

  • I pkg yeast
  • 1/2 cup warm water
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • II or 12 cups flour
  • 3/4 cup salad oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 4 cups cold water
  • 1 cup berry sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Dissolve yeast, sugar in 1/2 cup warm water. Let stand 5 or 10 minutes in large bowl.
Blend well and add yeast mixture. Turn out on floured board and knead. Mix around 4:00 P.M do not set bowl in warm place, cool room. Around 10:00 P.M shape into buns or bread and place on cookie sheet. Put back in cool place overnight. Bake the next morning in 375 to 400 degree Farenheit oven for 15 minutes.
