MOCHA MERINGUE KISSES

  • 2 tbsp Cocoa Powder
  • 1 tbsp Flour
  • 1/4 tsp Coffee, instant
  • 2 Egg Whites, room temperate
  • 1/8 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 c Splenda

Preparation

Step 1

1. Beat egg whites in metal bowl with salt. When fluffy, about 5 minutes add sugar.
2. Mix together cocoa powder, flour, and coffee.
3. Add to the meringue.
4. Drop by teaspoon.
5. Bake at 225° for 1 hour.
6. Let sit in oven for 1 hour after baking.
