Ingredients
- 2 heads of romaine
- 1/2 pound bacon
- 1 c small croutons
- 1 tsp salt,pepper,dry mustard,lemon juice
- 3 Tbsp Tarragon vinegar
- 6 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 egg
- 1 clove gsrlic,pressed
- 3/4 c parmesan cheese grated
- 1 Tbsp anchovy paste
- few drops tobasco sauce and a few drops Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
Step 1
Fry bacon and break into small bits
Combine seasoning,vinegar egg,and garlic
Add olive oil and anchovy paste
Blend well
Mix lettuce with bacon and croutons and toss with dressing
