Ingredients
- 2 lemons
- 2 cups sugar
- 6 eggs
- 6 T flour
- 4 T melted butter
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 cups milk
- rind of 1 lemon
Preparation
Step 1
Beat egg yolks.
Stir in flour and sugar.
Add juice of lemons, grated lemon rind, salt, melted butter, and milk.
Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites of 4 or 5 eggs.
Bake in pyrex pan set in pan of hot water at 300 degrees for 30 minutes.
