Spicy Potatoe Slices

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp dried thyme, crushed
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • 1/8 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 3 large yellow potatoes or 2 russet, scrubbed
  • 1 sweet onion, sliced
  • 2 T olive oil

Preparation

Step 1

Combine seasonings; set aside.

Fold a 36 x 18 piece of heavy foil in half to make and 18x18 square. Cut potatoes crosswise into 1/4" thick slices. Place potato slices and onion slices inthe center of the foil. Drizzle with oil. Sprinkle with seasonings. Seal foil, leaving space for steam to build.

Grill on rack of uncovered grill directly over midium heat for 20 to 25 minutes or until tender.
