Cracker Barrel Potato Casserole

Ingredients

  • 5 cups frozen shredded hash browns
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 --3/4 small onion
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can milk
  • salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

spray casserole dish with pam

mix together all ingredients in dish if too dry add more milk

bake at 350 covered for 1 hour

remove cover bake another 15 to 20 mins
