Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 3 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 limes, juiced
- 2 bunches of cilantro
- 3/4 Tbsp cumin
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 cans black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can mexi-corn
- 1/4 red onion
Preparation
Step 1
Mix together all ingredients.
Let set in fridge for at least 30 min before serving.
