Black Bean and Corn Salsa

Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp olive oil
  • 3 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 limes, juiced
  • 2 bunches of cilantro
  • 3/4 Tbsp cumin
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 cans black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can mexi-corn
  • 1/4 red onion

Preparation

Step 1

Mix together all ingredients.

Let set in fridge for at least 30 min before serving.
