Ingredients
- 1 box of super moist lemon or yellow cake mix and the ingredients required to make the mix
- 1 6 ounce can of frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
- 3/4 powdered sugar
- 1 container fluffy white of lemon icing
- yellow colored sugar sprinkles (optional)
Preparation
Step 1
Make the cake according to the box for a 13x9 pan. Cool for 15 minutes.
Mix lemonade concentrate and powdered sugar. Pierce top of warm cake every 1/2 inch with a fork. Drizzle lemonade mixture evenly across the cake. Run knife along edges of cake to loosen. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Spread frosting over top of cake and sprinkle with yellow sugar sprinkles. Store in refrigerator.
