CinnaSweet Pumpkin Seeds

  • 4 C. pumpkin seeds,rinsed and drained
  • 1/2 C. margarine melted
  • 2 Tbs. brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 C. white sugar, divided

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350. COmbine seeds, margarine, brown sugar, cinnamon and slt in a bowl. Stir to coat seeds. Spread seeds in a single layer on a jelly roll pan. Bake for 15 mins, stir, and then bake for 15 mins more. remove from oven and sprinkle with 2 Tbs. sugar and stir to coat. Bake another 15 mins. before removing again and repeating previous step. Bake another 15 mins. Allow to cool before serving.
