Ingredients
- 1 pint strawberries sliced
- 1 pint blueberries
- 1 mango peeled and cubed
- 1 peach peeled and cubed
- 1/8 cup simple syrup
- 1/4 cup lime juice (about 3 limes)
- 1/2 cup fresh mint chopped
- 1/8 tsp almond extract
Preparation
Step 1
Make simple syrup and chill while prepping fruit ( 1 part water to 1 part sugar. Boil water, add sugar and stir until dissolved). In a blender combine syrup, lime juice, mint, and almond extract. Pour over fruit and toss. Cover and chill overnight.
