Grannies Banana Cake

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup butter
• 1 cup white sugar
• Cream together
• Add
• 1 egg
• 2-3 bananas
• Stir into above
• 1 tsp baking soda
• alternately add 1 1/2 cups flour with 1/2 cup milk
• 1 tsp baking powder

Preparation

Step 1

bake in 9x9 square pan at 350 until toothpick comes out clean. Approx 30 min.

Ice it with a butter icing.

1/4 cup butter melted mixed with icing sugar and add a little milk until right consistency. (tsp of milk at a time or less)
