Ingredients
- ■1 medium cauliflower head, chopped (makes 3-4 servings, may want to double)
- ■2-3 roasted garlic cloves
- ■1 Tbsp coconut oil
- ■fresh herbs of choice (chives & thyme are great)
- ■sea salt & pepper to taste

■Steam cauliflower, until it's very tender. Mine took about 15 minutes on the stovetop. ■Drain very well. Place all ingredients in blender, blend until mashed potato consistency. ♥
