Ingredients
- 8 McIntosh bars or 4 bags caramels
- 6 tbsp evaporated milk
- 2 boxes rosebuds
- 1/4 cup butter
- 85 mini tart shells
Preparation
Step 1
Bake tart shells and let cool. Melt toffee, butter and milk, mixing well. Pour into shells and top with a rosebud. Yummy!
