Ingredients
- 1 Tbs oil
- 1 lg. onion quartered, sliced thin
- 1 lg. garlic clove minced
- 2 lb. beef stew meat
- 3/4 tsp plus 1 Tbs kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 14 -oz can crushed tomatoes
- 1/2 cup R Sauce
- 1 C beef stock
- 3 Tbs corn starch
- 1/4 cup plus 6 qt cold water
- 16 - oz pkg.. pasta
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oil over medium heat, add onion and cook 5 minutes until brown. Add garlic. Take onion and garlic with meat and put in the crockpot. Add salt,pepper, red pepper tomatoes and BBQ Sauce, stock in your crockpot. Cook on low 8 hours. Combine 1/4 cup water with corn starch add to pot. Boil 6 quarts water and add pasta. cook 10 minutes. Serve stew over noodles.
