Orange & Apricot Glazed Chicken

I ate as Salad without Rice, added Chinese noodle crisps, used a little marinade for dressing

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c apricot preserves
  • 1/4 c frozen oj concentrate, thawed
  • 2 tb soy sauce
  • 1 tb rice vin
  • 1 garlic clove
  • chix tenders
  • S&P
  • 1/2 lb green beans, cut
  • 1 tsp olive oil

Preparation

Step 1

Glaze:
in processor, combine preserves-garlic until smooth
Season chix with S&P, brush with glaze
Grill, brush with glaze while cooking
Toss green beans with oil & grill with chix
