Ingredients
- 1- 10oz. pkg. frozen broccoli spears, partially thawed
- 1 - Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 - small onion, sliced
- 1- 4oz. can mushrooms, drained
- 3-Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
Step 1
Cut broccoli spears into 1-2 inch lengths. Heat oil in nonstick skillet. Add remaining ingredients. Cook, stirring constantly over high heat 2-3 minutes until broccoli is just tender. 67 calories per serving
