Peanut Butter Cookies #5

Ingredients

  • Cream:
  • 2 cups butter
  • 2 cups peanut butter (Skippy Super Chunky)
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 cups dark brown sugar (C & H Cane)
  • Add:
  • 4 beaten eggs
  • Mix in:
  • 5 cups flour
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 3 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. salt

Preparation

Step 1

Roll into walnut size balls. Flatten with a fork. Bake @ 375° for 10-12 minutes, depending on how crisp you like your cookies. Make larger cookies for ice cream sandwiches. Makes a large batch, can be cut in half.
