Ingredients
- Cream:
- 2 cups butter
- 2 cups peanut butter (Skippy Super Chunky)
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups dark brown sugar (C & H Cane)
- Add:
- 4 beaten eggs
- Mix in:
- 5 cups flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 3 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt

Step 1
Roll into walnut size balls. Flatten with a fork. Bake @ 375° for 10-12 minutes, depending on how crisp you like your cookies. Make larger cookies for ice cream sandwiches. Makes a large batch, can be cut in half.
