  • 1 cup fat-free plain yogurt
  • 1/3 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons prepared mustard
  • 4 1/2 tablespoons white wine vinegar or cider vinegar
