Banana Loaf

Banana Loaf will be better if made with over ripe bananas.
Makes 16, 3/4" slices, using the 12" loaf pan.

Ingredients
- Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon soda
- bit of salt
- 3 over ripe bananas, crushed
- 1/2 cup walnut pieces
Preparation
Step 1

Grease the 12" long loaf pan.

Crush the bananas with masher. Beat eggs lightly.Cream butter and sugar add the beaten eggs. Add the crushed bananas and mix. Add flour, soda and salt then the nuts.
Pour into greased loaf pan.
